Class Schedules

GROUP REFORMER

Reformer Group Classes build strength, increases flexibility, fitness and agility, and develops optimal core control, creating flat abdominals, slender thighs and a strong back. The Pilates Group Reformer class pace is moderate yet challenging, and will heighten body awareness and provide an invigorating total body workout.

2021 Class Schedule

Our group classes have six participants to one instructor. They are run as an open level class which is suitable for all fitness levels. Our small group classes allow for a more intensive approach to your Pilates practice, whilst still enjoying all the benefits of working within a group setting.

 

PRIVATE CLASS

A private one-on-one class is especially ideal for Pilates first-timers. Our instructor will take you through the basic principles of Pilates technique, such as postural awareness, breathing and stretching. Our instructor will also help guide you to determine if more private classes are required or if you are ready to progress to semi-private or Reformer group classes.
